The hotel's proximity to local attractions was convenient. The provided breakfast offered many choices. Staff members were attentive to requests.
The pool area was often crowded. Securing a sunbed required early reservation. I found the gym equipment outdated.

i found the location to be perfect. the pool areas provided ample space and high-quality loungers with towels. the rooms were generously sized and the bed offered really good comfort. katrina at reception was kind and helpful, always ready with a smile. also padula from the lobby bar had excellent and friendly service.
i observed limited evening dining options. only two restaurants were open at any one time on a variable weekly rotation. reservations were always necessary and al fresco or buffet options were unavailable, except during breakfast.

i loved that several restaurants were available on-site. each restaurant provided wonderful culinary experiences, with ouranos with live music most nights. breakfast offered a vast selection, and the options catered to diverse tastes, but dining in the restaurants requires reservation.

our room included a good-sized terrace with a table, two chairs, two loungers, and a splash pool. upon arrival, a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine welcomed us. the cleaning service maintained perfect standards throughout the stay!!!

The rooms were spacious and beautifully kept, those offered amazing views. The rooms included quality toiletries. A full size bed included comfortable mattresses, all added to the room's appeal.

Mixed Experience Despite Location

The hotel had a great location that proved acceptable.
The room's soundproofing was substandard as noise from the bar was loud. Breakfast was an issue because it seemed like a crèche instead of a relaxing space. The hotel needs adult only pools because loads of poorly supervised kids were tearing around the place.

The room was a nice size. It had a couch area and a balcony facing the sea and the fine garden (it felt so serene!). The pools were fun. The hotel offers a choice of four outdoor pools. Each has a different style. There were sunbeds facing the sea with bar and towels. I appreciated the kosher breakfast option.
I noticed that the bathroom fan wasn't working .
